CSI - Post to post mapping...




          During the CSI rollout all the employees posts are mapped with related post for respective tasks. Such as Operational supervisor, CL approver, EL approver, APAR manager, Advances/ loans granting authority, DDO etc., But due to transfers and retirements the approver posts are falling vacant and some other is discharging the duties. In such instances,  the corresponding task needs to be mapped to new employee post.


        Obtain the user’s  position / Post id using the T-code PA30 /     PA 20 / ZHR_ERDETAILS.


                                  

           Login to  SAP with Divisional head credentials  and use either PA20 or PA30 T-code. It will leads to the following interface.



         Here, enter the personnel no. i.e., CSI user id and choose ”Organization Assignment” option and click on “Display” button or press “F7” button.




  It leads to the following interface.


      Now copy the Position from the Organizational plan section and close the screen by entering the T-code: \n  (or) press exit button (or) press Shift + F3




Now use the T-code: PO13

This redirects to the following interface.


        Here feed the Post i.e, Position ID , choose “Relationships(1001)” and click on ” Overview “ icon or press Shift + F8


Now  it takes to the following interface.



        Here select, the row, which contains the Relationship to be modified ( For example  ”911” relation.) and copy the entire row by using right click (or)  “COPY” icon  (or) Shift +F9




This action leads to the following interface.

     Here, feed the Valid from date, i.e, changes effective date ;  ID of related object i.e, the post id of the employee who is concerned for the task and save the data by using “SAVE” icon or CTRL+S.





     After completion of the task, a success message is created in the status bar.



    Thus post -to- post mapping of one employee in respect of one relation is  maintained. Follow the same procedure for  the required relations.
