       The following PLI patch was deployed in Customer Portal Production on 01.04.20 night.

Receipt Number ZERO issue in Customer Portal :

        Currently, for any Customer Portal transaction which is success i.e., amount has been deducted from customer and successfully reached DOP, but  receipt number is not generated at the time of transaction, a recon batch will take care of generation of receipt number based on the status Id. The recon batch is running every half an hour. Similarly another recon batch is running on T-1 day to clear out any pending transaction done in the last hours of the day.

          Now, the recon batch once again attempt for obtaining receipt number from McCamish. For this necessary conditions in Customer portal application and Reconciliation batch have been deployed in Production.
