DOP - Internet Banking login password reset through mobile OTP procedure ...





      Open DOP internet banking URL. The interface is as follows.

   Here click on "Forgot Password?" link.
     Choose "Online" radio button and click on "Continue" button. Now the following screen appears.

    Here feed the user login id and click on "Continue" button to get the following screen.

The password can be reset in two methods.

 1) Using Security Questions and Answers
2) Using Account Number and Date of Birth.

 1) DOP internet banking login password reset - using Security Questions and Answers:

 Choose "Using Security Questions and Answers" Radio button. and click on "Continue" button.



    Now feed answer for your "Security Question" and click on 
     Now one OTP is sent to the registered mobile number and feed the same in the "One Time Password" text box and click on "Continue"

      Now the following interface opens. Here set "Internet Login Password" and "Transaction Password".


       Now click on "Continue" button to get the task completed message, "Password changed successfully"



2) DOP internet banking login password reset - using Account Number and Date of Birth:

      Choose "Using Account Number and Date of Birth" Radio button. and click on "Continue" button.


        Now feed Account number and Date of Birth and click on "Continue" button.




      Now one OTP is sent to the registered mobile number and feed the same in the "One Time Password" text box and click on "Continue" button.  In the next interface set "Internet Login Password" and "Transaction Password" and click on "Continue" button to get the task completed message, "Password changed successfully"
