CSI User id creation ...
   The appointing authority  needs to prepare data in the following format for creating CSI user id at the time of hiring.
Here: (A) Facility id can be obtained by using the Tcode: ZFID
          (B) Post ID can be obtained by using the Tcode: zhr_erdetails (* Only vacant post)
          (C) to (J) can be obtained from the relevant documents, which are produced at the time of                         hiring.
           HOA is based on selected post; example: PostalAssistant: OPTRAE; GDS: GDS etc.,
           Martial status codes: 0- Single; 1 - married;  2- Widow; 3- Divorce;
           Gender codes: 1 - Male; 2- Female;
  Now the created excel file needs to be upload through Tcode: zhr_hiring.


Choose the desired file and click on execute button /  Press F8 button.

            Now it troughs the caution notification "Only holder relationships (and objects) are created."  Here press enter button for further process.
Again it triggers another caution notification "The target plan version is NOT empty". Here also press enter button for further process.
          After completion of the background process, the following screen  appears.

Now click on "back" button or F3, which redirects to the following screen.

   Again click on "back" button or F3, which redirects to the following screen.

      Now all the CSI user ids as per the uploaded template are created. Just click on the "Employee No." column and copy the user id(s) to desired place.
